Frequently Asked Questions
We provide a standard delivery service throughout South Africa.
Orders have a standard shipping rate of R180 for orders under R1000 including TAX. 
Please check you cart process for any delivery charges that might apply.
Orders are collected by couriers daily and cut off time is at 14:00.
Normal delivery times are between 2-3 working days from order and payment received.
For outlying areas or delay in courier logistics, orders may take up to 4-5 working days.  This delivery ETA could change as a result of current demand and environmental factors affecting courier companies ability to deliver on time.
If this is realised before signing for the delivery, please reject the delivery. Should you notice this after the delivery please contact our support team for assistance via our Sales contact form.
Couriers make contact if there is no one available for the delivery – deliveries are not time based. Should the courier contact you and you are not available please give feedback directly to the courier. By default the order is returned to depot and rescheduled for delivery.

The moment the courier collects the order from our warehouse a waybill is generated and a Order tracking email is sent to you. This tracking link provides a full overview of all events leading up the order being delivered to you.
